Heavy-Duty Roller Guide-On System

Extreme Max Heavy-Duty Roller Guide-Ons go beyond simply helping with boat loading onto trailers; they also prevent a variety of loading issues. These guide-ons make loading faster and safer, prevent overloading, maintain correct trailer positioning, and are particularly useful during nighttime. They are designed to fit bunk or roller-style trailers that are up to 3" wide x 4.25" tall.

With custom-formed 97° arms and a 13" roller assembly, these heavy-duty guide-ons offer up to 14" (for 3" trailer frame) or 16" (for 2" trailer frame) of horizontal adjustment. They are zinc-coated and suitable for freshwater use only, as exposure to saltwater or brackish water will cause damage to the finish. For trailers with frames up to 5" tall, a 6" bolt kit is available (Extreme Max 3005.4065).

Each set of Heavy-Duty Roller Guide-Ons includes an easy bolt-on installation method that fits bunk or roller-style trailer frames up to 3" wide x 4.25" tall. The guide-ons feature custom-formed 97° arms and a 13" roller assembly, as well as up to 14" (for 3" trailer frame) or 16" (for 2" trailer frame) of horizontal adjustment. They are zinc-coated for freshwater use and not recommended for saltwater or brackish water environments.
